User Interface

OrderLine is designed to work on any device: mobile phone, tablet, or large display. The navigation bar at the top of the screen gives you access to the main sections of the application.

Orders

The Orders tab displays all your orders. An order counter next to the tab shows the number of new orders.

Order Tabs

OrderLine organises orders into three tabs, accessible from the toolbar:

• In progress: active orders, currently being prepared or delivered.
• Upcoming: scheduled orders that are not yet due for preparation.
• Finished: orders that have been delivered, collected, or cancelled.

An order counter next to each tab reflects the number of orders in the New status.

Orders are sorted by their expected delivery or collection time, with the earliest orders first.

Display Modes

OrderLine offers two display modes, switchable via the icons at the top right of the screen:

• Grid mode: orders are displayed as thumbnails in a grid. Click an order thumbnail to open its details in a popup.
• List mode: order thumbnails are arranged in a column on the left, and the details of the selected order appear on the right. Click a thumbnail to switch between orders without leaving the page.

Search

To search through all your orders, click the Search button in the toolbar. You can filter orders by:

• Customer name or order reference.
• Date range.

Keyboard Shortcuts

You can use keyboard shortcuts to navigate between orders:

Key	Action
Arrow keys	Move to the next/previous order
Enter	Open the selected order
Escape	Close the order details

Inventory

The Inventory tab lets you manage the availability of your products and options. You can mark items as unavailable to temporarily remove them from your connected ordering platforms.

Hours

The Hours tab lets you configure the operating times of your location. Opening hours can be synchronised with your ordering and delivery platforms.

Settings

The Settings modal can be opened by clicking the cog icon in the top right of the screen. It provides options to personalise the display and adjust several functionalities within OrderLine, including the order status flow, notifications, and language preferences.
