OrderLine
Overview
OrderLine is a tool provided by HubRise that allows you to seamlessly manage and print orders received from various systems integrated with your HubRise account. OrderLine is a web app that can be used free of charge on any device, including tablets and smartphones.
Orders might be sourced from a variety of solutions, such as:
- Online ordering solutions for online stores and restaurants.
- Food Ordering and Delivery Platforms.
- On-site self-ordering kiosks.
- Table ordering apps.
OrderLine helps single stores, restaurants, and franchises manage their orders. It can be used as the main order management interface when no EPOS is integrated, or alongside an integrated EPOS to provide a dedicated interface for digital orders.
OrderLine connects to HubRise at location level, and is included in your HubRise subscription.
OrderLine features include:
- Real-time order receipt, with customisable sound notifications.
- Printing of order receipts on local or supported cloud printers.
- Optional automatic printing on cloud printers.
- Grid and List display modes.
- Update of order status, with delay management.
- Delivery tracking: driver status and position, contact details, and QR code for pickup confirmation.
- Order search by customer name, order reference, or date range.
- Marking items as temporarily unavailable.
- Opening hours management, synchronised with connected platforms.
