Pull the Catalog

Pull the Catalog

With Bolt Bridge, you can pull your Bolt menu into a HubRise catalog.

This feature can be useful if you wish to:

  • Create a backup of your Bolt menu.
  • Edit your menu using the HubRise Catalog Manager, to include ref codes, for example. For more information, see Catalog Manager.
  • Populate a HubRise catalog that will then be pushed to other apps, including food delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.

Pull the Bolt Menu

To pull your Bolt menu into a HubRise catalog, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your HubRise account.
  2. Select the HubRise account and location connected with your Bolt store.
  3. Open the CONNECTIONS page, then select Bolt Bridge from the list of connected apps.
  4. In Bolt Bridge, select the Actions tab.
  5. In the Pull the catalog from Bolt section, verify that the correct HubRise catalog is connected, click Pull catalog, and confirm the action.
  6. Review your populated catalog on HubRise. For more information on HubRise catalogs, see Catalogs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This operation will overwrite the HubRise catalog connected to Bolt Bridge.

Information Pulled into HubRise

The catalog data pulled from Bolt mirrors the data transmitted to Bolt. For further details, you can refer to Information Sent to Bolt.

A few notes on how specific fields are handled:

  • The ref codes of products and options are preserved. Bolt does not return ref codes for categories and option lists, so Bolt internal identifiers are used instead.
  • Deals are pulled as regular products with one option list per choice, as Bolt does not distinguish deals from other items.
  • Time restrictions and deposits are not pulled.
  • The age confirmation option that Bolt automatically adds to alcoholic items is not pulled.

If you operate a store on Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Wolt, you have the option to pull the menu from those platforms instead. For more information, see:
