IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not have a HubRise account yet, register on our Signup Page. It only takes a minute!


Connect WeDely

1. Enable HubRise on WeDely

As a first step, the WeDely integration team must activate the HubRise API integration for your stores.

Contact us at support@hubrise.com and include the following information in your email:

  • The URL link to your restaurant page on the WeDely home delivery platform. For example: https://www.wedely.com/fr/restaurant/247312-le-tacos-dudelange.
  • Whether your WeDely store is already connected to another middleware or EPOS.
  • Your HubRise location name and identifier. For example: Fast Pizza Baker Street z6q31-0.

With this information in hand, we will ask WeDely support to enable the HubRise connection page for your store.

2. Connect WeDely

Once WeDely support has enabled the HubRise connection page for your store, follow these steps to connect WeDely to HubRise:

  1. From the WeDely back office, click My Restaurant.
  2. On the HubRise tab, click the Connect to HubRise button. You are redirected to the HubRise interface. If this is your first time logging in, create a HubRise account. For more information, check out our Getting Started Guide.
  3. If your account has multiple locations, expand the Choose location section to select the desired location, and click Allow. For locations with multiple customer lists or catalogs, click Next to display the corresponding dropdown lists, and select the desired options.
  4. Click Authorise.
  5. You are redirected to the WeDely interface, and the connection to HubRise is established.

Disconnect WeDely

To disconnect WeDely from HubRise, proceed as follows:

  1. From the WeDely back office, click My Restaurant.
  2. On the HubRise tab, click the Disconnect HubRise button.
  3. WeDely is now disconnected from HubRise.

Alternatively, you can block the connection from the HubRise back office if you need to temporarily disable it.
