Description
AlFiManagement by AlFi Solutions is a web-based point-of-sale and back-office platform designed for Android POS terminals used by restaurants, cafés, and independent retail stores. It combines checkout, cashbook, reporting, as well as product and inventory management within a single solution. Items can be created with names, prices, tax rates, categories, and images. The system also supports item sets and variations.
AlFiManagement stores data on servers in Germany with backups and includes a TSE-compliant setup as part of the monthly licence. Payments can be handled in cash and, where available, by card via Viva.
The HubRise integration connects AlFiManagement to the HubRise ecosystem so businesses can receive orders from connected online ordering solutions and delivery platforms in one place. Orders and customer details sent through HubRise can be imported into AlFiManagement for preparation and fulfilment, while the product catalog can be synchronised to keep menus consistent across all sales channels. This reduces manual re-entry, helps keep prices and availability aligned, and provides a single workflow for in-store and online sales.
