Wolt Terms
The following table explains the terms that are specific to Wolt.

| Instant order | Order to be prepared immediately and delivered or picked up within standard preparation time. |
| Pre-order | Scheduled order with a specific pickup or delivery time set by the customer. |
| Venue | A restaurant or store location on Wolt. |
Correspondence Table
HubRise and Wolt each use their own terminology. The same concept can therefore have a different designation in each solution. The correspondence table below shows these differences.

| Item | SKU | A product variant, such as a size or color. |
| Option value | Option | A service or item that can be added to a product, such as a sauce or an extra. |
| Option | Option list | A group of options, such as the list of available sauces. |
| Venue | Location | The actual restaurant. |
| Menu | Catalog | List of products. |
Service Types
Wolt offers three types of services to its customers:
- Delivery by Wolt: Wolt dispatches a courier to collect the order from the restaurant and deliver it to the customer.
- Restaurant delivery: The restaurant is responsible for delivering the order to the customer using their own fleet. This service is also referred to as self-delivery.
- Takeaway: The customer collects the order from the restaurant.
- Eat-in: The customer dines at the restaurant (deprecated by Wolt).
