Order Pad, developed by OnyLab, is a phone order-taking solution that helps restaurants enter delivery and takeaway orders quickly. When connected to HubRise, Order Pad becomes a powerful operational tool: every time a customer calls, your team can instantly find their customer profile in HubRise, access their contact details, and create a new order from your HubRise catalogue. Your phone order process stays fast and reliable, with no need for future data entry.

The app makes it easier to manage phone orders using customer and catalogue data from HubRise. Orders can be created by selecting products, adding options and comments, and choosing the service mode, such as delivery or takeaway. This allows restaurants to process phone orders more efficiently, reduce mistakes, and send orders automatically to their EPOS, Kitchen Display System, or delivery service through HubRise.

By connecting Order Pad to HubRise, restaurants can turn phone calls into structured orders with less effort. They can, for instance, find a regular customer in seconds, enter a complete delivery order during the call, or handle busy periods without losing orders. With accurate customer data and a smoother order-taking process, telephone ordering becomes faster, more reliable, and better integrated with the restaurant’s existing operations.
