SMG, or Service Management Group, is a marketing solution used to collect and analyse your company's data in order to better understand how it functions, and thus improve its sales.

SMG includes a back office and a mobile app for merchants to view the metrics of their activity, customer data or real-time data analyses.

Integration features

Once connected to HubRise, SMG can be used to:

  • Pull orders from HubRise.
  • Pull customer information from HubRise.

SMG can be connected to HubRise via the SMG support line.
