    Troubleshooting

    Finding Product Ref Codes

    To find the ref codes assigned to your MynOber menu items, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your MynOber Cloud account.
    2. Select the location.
    3. Click Articles > Articles.
    4. Click Expand All to reveal all the products available.
    5. The ref codes of your products appear in the PLU column.
