Can I Stop Using the Glovo Tablet?
Yes, you can receive and accept orders directly in your EPOS or OrderLine without using the Glovo tablet. You can keep the tablet switched off or not have one at all.
When You Still Need the Tablet
Some operations are not available through the API and must be done on the Glovo tablet or webapp:
- Reporting an incident with a courier
- Requesting bags
- Sending a message to Glovo support
- Changing the store schedule
For these reasons, you may want to keep the tablet available as a backup, even if you normally receive orders through your EPOS.
Cancelling Orders
It is not possible to cancel or refuse orders via the API or the Glovo tablet. To cancel an order, you need to call the customer or contact Glovo support.
