Just Eat Flyt Bridge

Connect to HubRise

Connect to HubRise

Connecting Just Eat to HubRise can be done with a few steps.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not have a HubRise account yet, register on our Signup Page. It only takes a minute!

1. Enable HubRise on Just Eat Flyt

As a first step, the Just Eat integration team must activate the HubRise API integration for your stores.

Contact us at support@hubrise.com and include the following information for each of your locations:

  • The URL of your Just Eat page. For example: https://www.just-eat.ie/restaurants-saba-to-go-rathmines/.
  • Your Just Eat Restaurant ID, if you know it.
  • Is your store already connected to any other EPOS or middleware? If yes, confirm that we can disconnect.
  • Do you use the Just Eat Live Orders app, or the Just Eat device?
  • Should we enable Auto-Accept, so that orders reach HubRise without any action on the Just Eat device? For more details, see Do I Want Auto-Accept Activated on Just Eat?.
  • Your HubRise location name and ID. For example: Fast Pizza Baker Street z6q31-0.

We will contact Just Eat on your behalf, and send you your Restaurant ID when the integration is ready, which usually takes 7 working days.

Just Eat only starts pushing orders to HubRise once a HubRise catalog has been pushed to a Just Eat menu. Never edit the catalog on Just Eat, and never ask Just Eat to edit it on your behalf: doing so disconnects HubRise.

2. Connect Just Eat Flyt Bridge

To connect Just Eat Flyt Bridge to HubRise, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your HubRise account.
  2. Select the location you want to connect from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select CONNECTIONS, then View available apps.

The bridge now shows the connection page. Enter the Restaurant ID we sent you, then click Save.

Just Eat Flyt Bridge uses default API keys, so you have nothing else to enter. If Just Eat has issued dedicated API keys for your store or brand, expand Advanced options and enter them in the Menu API key and Order API key fields before saving.

3. Configure Your Preferences

After connecting the bridge, you need to configure a few parameters on the Configuration page to send orders correctly to your EPOS.

For more information about the configuration page and how to navigate to it, see Configuration Page. For details on how to configure the parameters of Just Eat Flyt Bridge, see Configuration.

4. Push Your Menu

For the Just Eat Flyt integration to be activated, you need to push your HubRise catalog into Just Eat Flyt.

To learn how to push your HubRise catalog into Just Eat, see Push the Catalog. For more information on HubRise catalogs, see Catalogs.
