Zenorder is an online ordering solution dedicated to restaurants and food retailers such as bakeries and groceries.
Zenorder includes an integrated Click & Collect system in which customer flows can be managed by time slot.
Zenorder can also be used for deliveries, and can calculate delivery costs in line with distances, postal codes or even the order's weight.
Zenorder incorporates a back office where you can customise the product offer, access the list of orders in real time, manage stocks and preparation times, or set up a customer loyalty program.
Once connected to HubRise, Zenorder can be used to:
- Push orders into HubRise.
- Pull customer information from HubRise.
Zenorder can be connected to HubRise from the Zenorder back office.
By connecting Zenorder to HubRise, your online ordering solution can send orders to your other everyday applications, such as your POS software, your inventory solution or your connected printer.
Thanks to HubRise, you can synchronise your menu, your customer information and your orders with your EPOS solution, your online ordering solution, food delivery platforms (including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat), delivery management solutions or delivery services, eMarketing (SMS/emailing) solutions, business intelligence, stock management and customer loyalty systems, and more.
