Description

SMG, or Service Management Group, is a marketing solution used to collect and analyse your company's data in order to better understand how it functions, and thus improve its sales.

SMG includes a back office and a mobile app for merchants to view the metrics of their activity, customer data or real-time data analyses.

Integration features

Once connected to HubRise, SMG can be used to:

  • Pull orders from HubRise.
  • Pull customer information from HubRise.

SMG can be connected to HubRise via the SMG support line.

By connecting SMG to HubRise, your marketing solution can communicate with your other everyday applications. Receive orders from your EPOS solution, your online ordering solution or food delivery platforms in your marketing solution.

Thanks to HubRise, you can synchronise your menu and your customer and order information with your EPOS solution, your online ordering solution, food delivery platforms (including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat), delivery management solutions or delivery services, eMarketing (SMS/emailing) solutions, business intelligence, stock management and customer loyalty systems, and more.
