MynOber is an ordering solution for restaurants and retail stores. MynOber back-office includes a lightweight and easy-to-use EPOS.
With MynOber, customers can order online from their smartphone or download the MynOber mobile application. From the application, customers can call a waiter, request the bill, pay online and view their order history. They can also receive notifications when their order is ready.
MynOber also offers self ordering kiosks.
MynOber is available in several European countries. It is not yet available in France.
MynOber connects to your HubRise account through the MynOber Cloud web app.
Connecting MynOber to HubRise allows your online ordering solution to:
- Push orders into HubRise, including order status.
- Pull orders from HubRise, including order status.
- Push customer information into HubRise.
- Pull customer information from HubRise.
- Push the menu into a HubRise catalog.
- Pull the menu from a HubRise catalog.
MynOber can be connected to HubRise from the MynOber back office.
Connecting your MynOber solution to HubRise allows you to receive MynOber orders directly in your EPOS or Kitchen Display Screen also connected with HubRise. Additionally, when used as an EPOS, MynOber allows you to connect online ordering solutions and food platforms.
You will be able to manage MynOber orders alongside other orders, using your own tools. MynOber orders will flow through your existing setup, as all other orders already do.
Thanks to HubRise, you can synchronise your menu, your customer information and your orders with your EPOS, your online ordering solution, food delivery platforms (including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat), delivery management solutions or delivery services, eMarketing (SMS/emailing) solutions, business intelligence, inventory management and customer loyalty systems, and more. To establish a connection between MynOber and HubRise, you must have an existing MynOber account.
