Hop Delivery helps restaurants as well as florists, confectionery, health & wellness and grocery stores with home delivery anywhere in Geneva, Switzerland. Customers can order online on the Hop Delivery platform, via a mobile app or directly in the store's branded online ordering website powered by Hop Delivery.
Connecting Hop Delivery to HubRise allows your ordering and delivery platform to:
- Push orders into HubRise, including order status.
- Push customer information into HubRise.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Pulling the product catalog from HubRise will be supported in the future. Contact Hop Delivery for more information.
Hop Delivery can be connected to HubRise via the Hop Delivery support line. The button available in the Hop Delivery back office is accessible by Hop Delivery admin users only.
By connecting Hop Delivery to HubRise, your ordering and delivery platform can communicate with your other everyday applications. Send Hop Deliver online orders to your EPOS, to an autonomous printer, a Kitchen Display Screen, or to your inventory management solution.
Thanks to HubRise, you can synchronise your menu, your customer information and your orders with your EPOS, your online ordering solution, food delivery platforms (including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat), delivery management solutions or delivery services, eMarketing (SMS/emailing) solutions, business intelligence, inventory management and customer loyalty systems, and more. To establish a connection between Hop Delivery and HubRise, you must have an existing Hop Delivery account.
